JT Shots Photography – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JT Shots Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website www.jtshots.org, booking a photography session, or purchasing any of our services or digital content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Use

By using our website or booking with JT Shots Photography, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid by the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All session fees, retainers, and product purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency cancellations deemed valid by the photographer.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • In the unlikely event JT Shots Photography must cancel, all fees paid will be fully refunded or credited toward a future session.

4. Copyright and Image Ownership

  • All images are the intellectual property of JT Shots Photography and are protected under U.S. Copyright Law.

  • Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing and printing photos but may not alter, resell, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • JT Shots Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the session.

5. Model Release

By participating in a photo session, the client grants JT Shots Photography permission to use their likeness in promotional and marketing materials, including online galleries and social media, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

6. Editing and Delivery

  • Basic editing and retouching are included in all sessions. Extensive retouching requests may incur additional fees.

  • Final images will be delivered via digital gallery or download link within 2–4 weeks of the shoot date.

  • Raw, unedited images are not included in any package unless agreed upon in writing.

7. Liability

While every care is taken, JT Shots Photography is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage during the session.

  • Equipment failure, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
    In such cases, our liability is limited to a reshoot or refund of fees paid.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time and affect results.

9. Website Use

By using www.jtshots.org, you agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse any content, text, or imagery. All website content is the property of JT Shots Photography.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Updates

JT Shots Photography reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
